On the west shore of the island of Evia we have designed and built a new "Villa of dreams".

The waves of Aegean Sea entice you onto the beach and into the warm water immediately. The sea forms the south border of the plot, and there is nothing between the Villa and the beach, which is just a 40-metre walk across the lawn from the panoramic south fa?ade of the house.

The 1350 sq.m plot is home to a wide variety of plants and trees, such as bananas, palms, pomegranate etc. which are watering from a 4-metre deep well on site. Also you will find outside the house a roofed BBQ with w/c and huge (seats 12 adults) stone built couch, with wonderful sea-view.

There is the aerothermic fireplace situated in 70sq.m living room with traditional stone-made walls.

On the same level of ground floor you will find a 20sq.m. kitchen, bathroom and sauna. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms (each one approximately 15sq.m.), bathroom and 50sq.m veranda with a wonderful sea view.
